How it works

  1. Bring an image

Upload a photo or generate one from a prompt.

  2. Set the difficulty

Detail level, number of colors, shape style, page size.

  3. Generate

The engine builds regions, numbers them and mixes the palette.

  4. Refine

Merge regions, recolor and reposition numbers in the editor.

  5. Download

Numbered page, color key, preview — as PDF, PNG or ZIP.

Common questions

How many colors should I choose?

Twelve to sixteen suits children and quick projects. Twenty-four is the sweet spot for adult coloring books. Above twenty-four the regions get small, so raise the stroke width and number size to keep the page readable.

Why did small details disappear?

Regions below the minimum area are merged into their nearest neighbour, because a tiny region cannot hold a number or be colored. Raise the detail level to keep more of them.

Which images convert best?

A clear subject, good contrast and a simple background. Busy backgrounds, heavy noise and motion blur all produce hundreds of fragments that then get merged away.

Can I sell the pages I make?

Creator, Pro and Studio include commercial rights for artwork generated inside Numora. For images you upload yourself, you need the rights to that image — Numora cannot grant them.

What page size should I use for KDP?

8.5 × 11 in and 8 × 10 in are the most common coloring-book interiors. Pick the KDP preset and the export lands at 300 DPI with the right bleed and margins.

A conversion failed. What now?

Nothing is charged for a failed job and your project is untouched. Try a smaller detail level, or an image with a clearer subject. If it keeps failing, send us the project name.
